Welcome to Learn the Clouds. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any training, courses, or learning paths. By enrolling in our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
14+ Days Notice: You have the right to cancel your registration up to 14 days before the scheduled training start date without providing any reason. A full (100%) refund will be issued only to the original payment method used for the transaction. Upon cancellation, your booking and all future related sessions will be canceled.
Less than 14 Days Notice: If you request a cancellation less than 14 days before the training start date, you must submit a formal request to our Student Support Team. Your booking will be canceled, and you will receive a 50% refund of the total price paid. This 50% retention covers non-refundable scheduling, administrative, and logistical costs.
Rescheduling Limits: A specific training path or course cannot be rescheduled more than once.
No Refunds: Once a training course, class, or learning path has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Alternative Attendance: We understand that unforeseen life events can happen. If circumstances beyond your control force you to discontinue the training, Learn the Clouds may, at its sole discretion, offer you a seat in an equivalent training session at a later date. This offer must be utilized within 12 months from the date your cancellation request is received.
We aim to provide the highest quality training by partnering with industry experts. If you are unsatisfied with your training experience, the following options apply.
Instructor Change Request: If you are unsatisfied with the training or the assigned instructor, you may request to continue with an alternative instructor up to the 3rd session. This change is subject to instructor availability and can only be performed once per training path. No refunds will be granted.
Schedule and Group Mergers: While 1-on-1 schedules are tailored to the customer, Learn the Clouds reserves the right to request a merger of multiple students who request the exact same schedule. Customers will always be notified prior to any such inclusion.
Cohort Change Request: If you are unsatisfied with a group training setup, you may request to be placed into a different group, class, or cohort with a different instructor up until the end of the second training day. This transfer can only be performed once per training path. No refunds will be granted.
Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL): For all classroom and practical programs, Learn the Clouds operates under a strict Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) policy. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their equipment meets the necessary technical requirements.
If before, during, or after the training a student utilizes a personal account with a cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) or any third-party applications, products, or services, they do so entirely at their own risk.
Important Note: The student assumes full financial responsibility for all costs, charges, subscriptions, and usage bills accrued on their personal accounts. Learn the Clouds is not liable or responsible for any financial charges or damages resulting from the use of these external services.
Additional study materials may be offered as an optional paid add-on to an online course. A separate fee may apply for these materials and their delivery.
Students are responsible for any charges incurred from their internet service provider or third-party software vendors required to access or download course materials.
Learn the Clouds may periodically modify or enhance online courses to improve technology and curriculum. You will receive access to these enhancements free of charge only if they apply directly to the specific version of the online course you purchased.
The purchase of a current online course does not entitle you to free access to future, newly revised editions or separate versions of that course.
Internal and Educational Use: Most online classes are recorded for student review and for internal quality assurance to improve our services.
Opt-Out Option: Participants have the right to opt out of being recorded. To do so, you must submit a written request to Learn the Clouds prior to the start of the class.
Ownership: All course materials, website content, videos, graphics, code, and resources remain the exclusive intellectual property of Learn the Clouds or its licensors.
Usage Restrictions: Materials are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or broadcasting any material without prior written permission from Learn the Clouds.
Legal Action: Any unauthorized distribution or breach of intellectual property rights will be aggressively addressed through legal channels and may result in lawsuits.

Classroom Safety: For physical, in-person classroom programs, participants attend at their own risk. Learn the Clouds is not liable for personal accidents, illnesses, or physical injuries occurring on-site. Participants are strongly advised to maintain appropriate personal insurance coverage.
Exclusion of Consequential Losses: Learn the Clouds, its directors, employees, and trainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or career outcomes resulting from participation in our courses or reliance on website content.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Learn the Clouds for any claim arising out of or relating to a course shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the student for that specific course.
Learn the Clouds shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, strikes, internet/network outages, government restrictions, military actions, or acts of war. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria.
